Shipping policy

Days to Ship: For customized products, we generally take 7-10 business days to ship out orders. For generic/ non-customized orders, we generally take 3-5 business days to ship out orders. 

Shipping: The shipping speed depends on the shipping method the customer has chosen at checkout. USPS First class mail generally takes 3-5 business days. USPS Priority Mail and UPS generally takes 2-3 business days. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Please send returns to the address below.
